Our goal in this directory is to provide everything you need to be able to find a love hotel in Japan, reserve a room, enjoy your Rest or Stay, pay, and leave smoothly. While we have a number of hotel reports that include detailed descriptions based on actual visits by English-speaking visitors, other hotels are described based only on translations of the hotel's official site, blog reports, and media accounts.
The list of hotels with full reports is growing as fast as we receive information about actual visits - please send us your stories! We're especially interested in hotels outside of the Osaka and Tokyo hotspots if you've had a lovely hotel stay somewhere else in the country..
Note: love hotels change names, owners, looks, prices, and procedures on a continual basis. Moreover, everything written here is generally based on a single visit.
