Hotel Loire is well southeast of the main Osaka tourist haunts of Kita (Umeda) and Minami (Shinsaibashi and Namba). But by all reports, it's well worth the trip. Loire is famous for its elaborate theme rooms (think pirate ship, aquarium, or dinosaur - the alien abduction and subway car fantasy rooms seem to have been remodeled out of existence).
