Hotel Koma is in Nishi ward in what looks like an industrial area by the waterfront. The pictures and descriptions here are from sillypucci's flickr set. We hope you visit Koma so you can add more details! The pictures are all from room 3300, which seems to be the crown jewel. The whole photo set is spectacular and deserves a full viewing on the Flickr site.
It cost 6500 yen which is about $65. We certainly did not expect a S&M dungeon to be included in that price. It was an unforgettable place to stay that's for sure. The room had about 8 different wall papers (disco, forest, marble, etc.), mirrored ceilings, and a chandelier. From the sleeping area you walk past a bust over a mirrored floor to the lounge room with tv then the dungeon. The bathroom had a gold glitter bath, black light and glow in the dark stars stuck to the ceiling.
The room included a 'dungeon' area complete with metal bars and accessible only through a small (3 foot) opening. Not surprisingly, the bondage chair in the dungeon area had a note from housekeeping noting that it had been sanitized recently - the Japanese take their cleanliness (and their kink) seriously!
Automated entry to the room. We had a Japanese friend check us in using this, you put money in and push a button, but you can't re enter the room once you leave.
